Returns & Exchanges

At NHS Skate Direct, we want to ensure you are stoked with your new gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your unused items, including all original tags and shrink wrap for decks, into the original shipping box or a similar protective container.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
